These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by VistaPro Garage Coatings ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VistaPro Garage Coatings specializes in providing polyurea garage floor coatings and other related services. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Installation Dates: Once a project is booked, we will schedule the installation based on availability. You will receive a confirmation of your installation date.

Project Completion: The completion of the installation may vary based on the size of the project and surface conditions.

Pre-Installation Requirements: You agree to clear your garage or work area of all items before the scheduled installation. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Material Use: We use only high-quality materials and professional-grade polyurea coatings. We will explain the process and provide care instructions upon completion.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Estimates: We provide free estimates for all garage coating projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing: The pricing for services will be clearly outlined in the estimate. Any additional services requested after the estimate has been accepted may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms:

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to schedule the project.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

We accept payment via cash, or electronic transfer (such as Zelle or PayPal) and may adjust this at any time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled installation date. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your installation without any additional charges if done at least 3 days prior to the original appointment date.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer

Warranty: All polyurea installations come with a 15-year warranty against peeling, cracking, or other failures under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, heavy equipment, or misuse of the floor.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:

Pre-existing structural damage or subfloor issues.

Surface issues related to moisture or improper garage care after installation.

Damage caused by heavy vehicles, spills of chemicals, or improper cleaning products.

6. Liability

VistaPro Garage Coatings is not responsible for:

Any damage to items left in the garage or workspace during installation.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property or income, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we do not accept liability beyond this limit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on our website and in any marketing materials are the intellectual property of VistaPro Garage Coatings. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Referral Program

Eligibility: Customers can participate in our referral program to earn rewards for referring new clients. Referral rewards will be paid once the referred client completes their project.

Referral Payouts: Payments for referrals are issued monthly on a Net-15 basis. This means that referral payouts are processed 15 days after the end of each month in which the referred job was completed. To receive payouts, referrers must provide their payment details.

No Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can provide or the amount they can earn through the program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TX, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in TX to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services.
